The woman accused of driving drunk and running into a Roseville crossing guard stood before a judge Wednesday.

Nicole Drain, 36, was in court for allegedly hitting the crossing guard, an 82-year-old man who said Drain was blocking side streets near Steenland Elementary  when he asked her to move her car.

As he walked away, she hit the gas knocking him down. She took off but came back a short time later.

The crossing guard suffered a sore back and a scraped knee but did not go to the hospital.

It is Drain's fourth alcohol-related offense. She is being held on bond.
