CEO shooting suspect shouts before court appearance

What did he say?
A shackled Mangione, 26, appears to shout: "This is completely unjust and an insult to the intelligence of the American people. This is a lived experience."
The outburst came during the brief moments as he was pulled out of a squad vehicle and rushed into the courthouse.
Mangione is facing charges in Pennsylvania and is in the process of being extradited to New York City, where he is wanted on charges of second-degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

What happened in court?
Mangione refused to waive extradition in court and will fight the process to be moved to court in New York.
His defense lawyer Thomas Dickey is asking for a hearing on the extradition.
Mangione was reportedly mostly staring straight ahead in court, though at points he was rocking in his chair. At one point, he attempted to speak to the court but was quieted by his attorney, who told him "don't say a word."

Mangione will remain jailed in Altoona, Pennsylvania, as the extradition process plays out.
New York prosecutors have obtained an arrest warrant for Mangione, which could speed up the process.
