12th Annual Detroit Uncorked benefiting Gleaners
(WJBK) - The 12th Annual Detroit Uncorked benefiting Gleaners Community Food Bank is coming up. The premiere event is one of southeast Michigan's largest wine tasting events. You'll be able to sip on more than 250 world class wines, Michigan beers and other spirits.
The event is Friday, October 14 from 6-9 p.m. at Gleaners Community Food Bank in Detroit. You can find more information online and order tickets at www.gcfb.com.

STUFFED PORK LOIN
Pick up a stuffed and tied Pork tenderloin for the “Easy for You” section of your Kroger meat department.
Pre-heat over to 350 degrees
Heat skillet and add 3 TBSP Olive Oil
Season tenderloin with salt and pepper to taste
Brown meat on all 4 sides
Add ½ cup water to the skillet, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until internal temperature of the meat is at 165 degrees.
Remove skillet from over, remove tenderloin and set aside covered with foil to rest
Deglaze skillet with ½ cup of apple cider or white wine, scraping up the brown bits of flavor in the pan, cook until liquid is reduced to half
Slice tenderloin and service with reduction
