(WJBK) - The Cattle Baron Ball is an annual event that raises millions of dollars for the American Cancer Society.
This year, the ball is Saturday, September 12 at Cobo Center. In celebration of its 15th anniversary, guests can expect the same western food, fun and fashion.
Janelle Tischer joined us on The Nine to tell us more about the ball. You can hear from her in the video player above.
Timothy Enfield, Executive Chef at The Henry and TRIA also joined us to tell us more about the food. He also showed us how to make his lamb taco, which you can get the recipe for below.
