Memorial Day is for honoring the men and women who gave it all - giving us the freedom to bar-be-q on the last Monday in May.

Mark Pollard from Bad Brad's brought in some fantastic BBQ treats this memorial day - but it was the Crunch Burger that stole the show.

Plus - they taught us how to make it - and you can do it at homem too. Check it out:

1-8 oz. Hamburger Patty
1 bun
Salt and pepper to taste on the burger
2 slices of Cheddar Cheese
1 oz. Jalapeño sauce or fresh jalapeño slices
1 oz. Ranch Dressing
1 oz. Sweet BBQ Sauce
7 tortilla chips
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 oz. of Jalapeño sauce
1 oz. Sweet BBQ Sauce
1 oz. Ranch Dressing
 2 slices of Bacon
1 oz. Scallions

Method
Using a very hot grill, season both sides of the burger with salt and pepper. Cook to your desired temperature. 2 minutes before its cooked to your liking, add 2 slices of cheddar cheese and allow to melt and finish cooking, set aside and allow to rest.
Arrange the tortilla chips to the same size as the burger patty. Place one slice of cheddar cheese on top and allow to melt, about a minute. Toast bun while cheese is melting. Add your sauces on top of the burger. Place the tortilla chips on top of the burger. Add more of your sauces to the tortilla chips, finish with scallions and your bacon. Place your top bun on and enjoy.
