Bistro 82 rolls out new fall menu

(WJBK) - Bistro 82 has recently rolled out their Fall menu, and it is full of fresh seasonal flavors celebrating the harvest.

Joseph VanWagner, Bistro 82 Chef de Cuisine, joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to tell us more about the new items on the menu. He also showed us how to prepare their beet salad, which you can get the recipe for below.
