Car guy Dave Kindig in town to start work on new paint line

(WJBK) - Dave Kindig is known for restoring cars on his reality TV show, "Bitchin Rides." He's in town to start work on a special project.

Kindig owns the custom fabrication automotive shop Kindig-it Design in Salt Lake City, Utah. Last month, AkzoNobel and its Troy-based Vehicle Refinishes business announced an unlikely partnership to jointly develop a new custom color line of automotive paints that will debut late next year.

He's in town how to start work on developing the paint line. He joined us in studio to tell us more about the project.
