Celebrity Chef Night with Kyle Van Noy at New Center Eatery
(WJBK) - This November, Detroit Lions' linebacker Kyle Van Noy and wife, Marissa, are teaming up with Detroit's New Center Eatery to give special meaning to the phrase "the family tree." The Van Noys will serve as Celebrity Chefs at the restaurant, located at 3100 West Grand Boulevard in Detroit, on Monday November 23, 2015 at 6:00 pm to raise funds for the purchase of 53 Christmas Trees for foster families in Detroit.
The couple, along with their friends, will be cooking and serving New Center Eatery's famous "Chicken and Waffles" in a fundraising effort to make Christmas a little merrier for local foster children. In addition, the Eatery will donate a portion of all sales that day to the For The Seventh Generation Foundation to help purchase and distribute the Christmas Trees in time for the Holiday season.
