Dancing with the Michigan Stars to benefit Chad Tough Foundation
(FOX 2) - This year's Dancing with the Michigan Stars event will benefit The Chad Tough Foundation.
Chad is a remarkable little boy taken too soon by an aggressive brain tumor. Since his diagnosis, his mother, Tammi Carr, has been working tirelessly to raise awareness and funds for DIPG research.
She joined us in studio to tell us more about The Chad Tough Foundation and the 2019 Dancing with the Michigan Stars event. You can hear from her in the video player above.
The event is March 7 at 6 p.m. at The Kensington Hotel in Ann Arbor. Local celebrities will be partnered with professional ballroom dancers from Arthur Murray Dance Centers and compete head to head to win the championship title.
