Detroit Zoo expanding giraffe exhibit

(WJBK) - The giraffe exhibit at the Detroit Zoo is currently under construction. The family of four will soon have much more space indoors and outdoors.

Zawadi, born a few months ago, is growing up fast and their family will soon need more space.

You can check out the giraffes and all the other animals any time. The zoo is open all winter long. You can get more information on the zoo and its winter-time activities at www.detroitzoo.org.
