(WJBK) - The annual festival celebrating art, music and food returns this Labor Day weekend in Royal Oak. The 19th Annual Ford Arts, Beats & Eats presented by Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort is Friday, Sept. 2 - Monday, September 5.
At the fair, the little ones can celebrate the arts, too.
Free arts and crafts will be offered to families for the first time by Kroger and Arts & Scraps.
Thousands of children and their families across Michigan live within the autism spectrum. Ford Arts, Beats & Eats once again is teaming with Autism Alliance of Michigan to provide select families a unique packaged experience as part of the 5th annual Family Days presented by Kroger.
On Saturday, Sept. 3; Sunday, Sept. 4; and Monday, Sept. 5, hundreds of children on the autism spectrum and family members will enjoy a one-day access to the festival, which includes free parking as well as free admission, free carnival rides throughout the day and free lunch for the first 750 registrants per day. Additionally, the festival will open one hour early for participating families to give their children private access to the festival carnival.
Arts, Beats and Eats is in downtown Royal Oak. For more information, visit www.artsbeatseats.com.
