(WJBK) - Help benefit the Downtown Boxing Gym Youth Program with an afternoon of various health and wellness workshops, a slow-flow yoga practice, music, art food and spirits. The event is Sunday, Nov. 8 at at 11 a.m. at the gym on Vernor Highway in Detroit.
