Loaded Nachos with Bad Brad's BBQ
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - Marc Pollard from Bad Brad's BBQ makes loaded BBQ Nachos.
BBQ NACHOS
1 Aluminum Foil
4 oz. Tortillas
6 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 oz. Sweet BBQ Sauce
2 oz. Ranch
3 oz. Smoked Chicken, Shredded
Bake at 400 degrees
2 oz. Sweet BBQ Sauce
2 oz. Smoked Jalapenos
2 oz. Scallions
2 oz. Bacon, chopped
2 oz. Ranch
Method
Spread Tortilla chips in a thin, single layer over the entire aluminum foil. Top with the grated cheddar cheese. All sauces should be in squeeze bottles. Apply the BBQ sauce from end to end on the chips to get maximum coverage, follow with the ranch and finish with shredded chicken. Bake until the cheese is melted. Just like in the first step, apply the sauces and garnish with scallions, jalapenos and bacon.
