Now at the Hard Rock Cafe: The Roop Raj

Having a sandwich named after you is a real honor and we're proud to have one of our own get a sandwich named for him at the Hard Rock Cafe.

Roop Raj was bestowed the honor Thursday night as the sandwich was unveiled at the Hard Rock Cafe in Downtown Detroit.

Roop was asked by Gleaners if they could put his name on it. He agreed and the sandwich is true Roop: grilled chicken slathered in BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, lots of onions, tomato, lettuce, and mayo.

You can get one in your hands between now and the end of the year at Hard Rock Cafe with proceeds benefeting Gleaners.
