(WJBK) - You can catch Michigan native Plympian Jordyn Wieber this week at The Palace at the Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics Champions.
Jordyn, from Dewitt, Mich., was a member of the gold-medal Fierce Five team at the 2012 Olympic Games and also made floor exercise finals. She won the 2011 World all-around title and helped the U.S. team to the gold and claimed the balance beam bronze medal.
Jordyn is a three-time American Cup champion (2009, 2011, 2012), two-time senior national all-around champion (2011, 2012) and Kellogg's Pacific Rim all-around champion (2012). Jordyn, from Dewitt, Mich., trained at Geddert's Twistars USA with John and Kathryn Geddert.
She is currently attending the University of California - Los Angeles, where she is a volunteer assistant coach for the women's gymnastics team.
