Greektown Casino-Hotel Executive Chef Drew Lovell and Noodle Art Chef Hai-Ying Bushey came on The Nine this morning to make Champon.

 Seven new restaurants have joined downtown Detroit's food scene. Greektown Casino-Hotel unveiled its new food hall, Monroe Market, and ramen noodle bar and restaurant, Noodle Art.
