Sip and smell at Detroit's upscale bar Castalia

(WJBK) - A bar in Detroit offers a unique cocktail experience. 

Sfumato Fragrances turns into the upscale bar Castalia by night. Owners Kevin Peterson and Jane Larson serve their drink of choice from the seasonal menu, and customers take a sip and smell either the napkin or garnish attached to their glass, which is sprayed with a complementary Sfumato scent. They're then encouraged to take another sip; the result is a heightened awareness of the cocktail and fragrance's shared notes.
