Ingredients
1 cup - Honey
2 tbsp - Garlic, minced
1/4 cup-coffee
1 tbsp-thyme
2 tbsp-Coffee Spice
1-tbsp-Olive Oil
2 lb. Wings
1 tbsp-cumin
1 tbsp- Chili Powder
1/4 lb butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
In a medium sauce pan add honey, garlic, coffee, butter, thyme, and bring to a low simmer.  Prepare wings by cutting the tips off, separate the drummet from the wing by cutting them at the joint.  Place chicken wings in a resealable bag and toss with thyme, coffee spice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Allow to marinate overnight or for at least one hour.  Pre-heat a grill to medium heat or oven to 375 degrees. Place wings on grill for 15 minutes on each side, flipping occasionally.  If cooking in oven, bake for 45-50 minuets. While the wings are cooking brush wings with sauce.  Once wings are done reaching an internal temp of 165 degrees, remove wings toss in a mixing bowl with any remaining honey-coffee sauce.
