Sweet Potato Sensations' sweet potato pie recipe

Sweet Sensations' Sweet Potato Pie
- 1-1/2c mashed sweet potatoes
- 3/4c granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ stick of melted butter
- ¼c milk
- 1t vanilla extract
- ¼t ground cinnamon
- ¼t ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Poke pie shell with a fork in several places and set aside. In your mixing bowl combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract and mix well. Add eggs and milk until well blended and a smooth consistency. Now slowly add the melted butter to the sweet potato pie mixture until well combined. Pour the sweet potato filling into your unbaked prepared pie crust. Bake at 300 degrees F for an hour or until the center is raised and the pie is golden brown.
Allow pie to cool and serve with whip cream or ice cream.
