(WJBK) - The Berman Center for Performing Arts in West Bloomfield is offering a variety of performances this coming season. The shows are a variety featuring Broadway, music, film, theater, dance, and family and kids performances.
The season starts off with a Gala event August 24 with Broadway's tallest ten-time Tony Award winning tapper, Tommy Tune. The theater turns into a dinner club, offering guests a chance to enjoy cocktails and dinner with a very intimate performance by Tommy Tune. He'll perform a public show the next day.
Throughout the rest of the season, there's something for everyone -- including classic Disney films for the little ones.
You can get more information and a list of all their events at www.theberman.org.
The Berman was founded in 2011 at The Jewish Community Center in West Bloomfield. It's a 600-seat, state-of-the-art theatre.
