15-year-old boy shot on Detroit's east side

DETROIT (FOX 2) - Detroit police are investigating the shooting of a 15-year-old teen on the city's east side Thursday night.

According to investigators, the boy was shot at about 8:15 p.m. at Skinner Park near the 12800 block of Kelly.

He is currently in stable condition. It is unclear what the circumstances were at the time of the shooting.
