4 family members found dead in apparent triple murder-suicide in Keego Harbor

Four family members were found dead Friday morning at a home in Keego Harbor, according to authorities. At this time, authorities believe the deaths to be the result of a triple murder-suicide. 

Police say the bodies were found in a home in the 2300 block of Cass Lake Road around 8 a.m. Friday. Police say a concerned relative requested a welfare check. 

Officers entered the home and found the four victims dead in what appeared to be a family murder-suicide situation. 

Authorities haven't yet given the names or ages of the victims. A neighbor told FOX 2 the family a married couple and their two adult children. 

FOX 2's Erika Erickson will have the latest details on this developing story tonight on FOX 2 News beginning at 5 p.m.

Police say there is no current danger to the community. 

Keego Harbor is in northern Oakland County, about 30 miles northwest of Detroit.
