Detroit Fire Department responds to a fire on Lahser Road in Detroit on Thursday, July 4, 2024.
DETROIT (FOX 2) - An apartment caught fire on Thursday, but first responders were able to contain it to one unit, according to the Detroit Fire Department.
The fire took place on the 18000 block of Lahser Rd. in Detroit.
No injuries were reported, said Detroit Fire Chief James Harris.
"A second alarm was called but later downgraded," Harris added.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
