At least 200 roosters found in suspected River Rouge cockfighting ring
RIVER ROUGE, Mich. (FOX 2) - The Michigan Humane Society announced Wednesday that at least 200 roosters were discovered as part of an investigation into cockfighting.
The MHS and Michigan State Police were both at the home on Oak Street in River Rouge where the 200 roosters were found.
Investigators are still on scene. It's not known if anyone was inside the home at the time the animals were found.
