Beverly Hills police locate man who went missing from nursing home

(FOX 2) - Beverly Hills police say they located a 59-year-old man who went missing over the weekend.

Joseph Mitchell had disappeared from Mission Point Nursing and Physical Rehab center off of 13 Mile around 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Police later located Mitchell and report that he was safe. 

The department posted the update on social media.
