OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. (Fox 2) - Both directions of I-96 are now open after a sign was hit by a truck and needed to be removed.
Around 6:45 a.m., a gravel spill was reported after a contractor hit a sign on the eastbound side of the freeway near Beck.
The road was closed for about three hours to clean up the gravel and remove the sign.
