Buick's game-changing Cascada and Avista

"It's not a Buick" is a slogan that's pretty much inundated us on a daily basis. But evidence the once conservative brand is reimagining itself with a splash is on display at the 2016 North American International Auto Show.

A one-two punch is in store for skeptics with the new Cascada and concept car Avista - representing the current and possibly future.

First the Cascada, a luxury convertible with a sporty finish sparked by a fast retracting soft top system.

The starting price is about $33,000 and the buzz already has Buick's first mass production shipment is completely spoken for with preorders. Learn more HERE.

And not to be missed: Eyes On Design award winner for Concept Car, the Avista.

"It is a Buick" - and it's amazing. The sport coupe had everyone talking during press preview and is an eye-catching stunner. It is sleek, elegant, and boasts a long hood covering a 3.0L turbo V6. Learn more HERE.

Although just a concept - which some look down as feckless teases, styling cues and bits of it will be adapted for an auto dealer lot near you in the not so distant future.
