New Year's Eve has arrived and this time, FOX 2 is hoping to ring in 2025 with the rest of you.

Only this time, we'll be kicking off the celebration in a brand-new way: a party in downtown Detroit at the Masonic Temple.

The first-ever New Year Detroit will kick off an hour of fun and revelry, beginning at 11:30 p.m. The full show will be on air and on our stream.

Normally the site of the annual Resolution Ball, tonight it will include evening anchors Roop Raj and Taryn Asher, as well as meteorologists and Weatherboys Derek Kevra and Alan Longstreet.

Also helping usher in the new year are FOX 2's digital hosts Bre Teamer and Jamie Sherrod.
