EB I-94 back open after diesel spill in Macomb County

MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. (FOX 2) - Eastbound I-94 is now open after a diesel spill closed the road for hours at Harper.
According to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office, a sem-truck crashed and rolled on the freeway around 8 a.m. Thursday, leading to the spill.
