Double shooting on Detroit's west side near Seven Mile

DETROIT - Two people have been on shot on Detroit's west side.

The shooting happened at about 8:15 p.m. in the 18900 block of Biltmore near Seven Mile and Southfield.

One witness said that he and a friend heard about eight or nine shots.

One of the victims was taken to the hospital in critical condition wounded in the wrist and leg. The second man who was shot was taken to get medical care one hour after the incident. He was grazed in the stomach and shot in the behind.

Police are still investigating the circumstances of the shooting.
