(WJBK) - DTE says about 12,000 customers are without power in northern Macomb County due to outages at two separate substations.
The outages are in New Baltimore and Chesterfield Township.
Crews are on site at the substations and expect half the outages to be restored by 1:30 p.m. DTE says the remaining outages will require more time to restore.

UPDATE: DTE says power was restored for all 12,000 customers just after 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
