OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. (FOX 2) - Eastbound I-696 is now open after a jack-knifed semi closed the freeway early Monday.
The crash just west of the I-96 and I-275 interchange was reported by the Michigan Department of Transportation just before 4:40 a.m. The freewway reopened around 7:20 a.m.
