Fire at Holiday Market in Royal Oak

ROYAL OAK, Mich. (WJBK) - Dozens of firefighters were on the scene of a fire at Holiday Market in Royal Oak Friday morning. 

Smoke was seen pouring out of a loading dock door in the back of the grocery store and kitchen. Authorities say the trash compactor caught fire. 

The grocery store is located along South Main Street between Parent and Kenilworth.

The store was not open to customers at the time. Nobody was injured. 

The store will be open for business Friday.
