I-96 westbound re-opened at Telegraph to Beech Daly by state police

REDFORD, Mich. (FOX 2) - Westbound I-96 at Telegraph has been re-opened by Michigan State Police Tuesday afternoon due to a investigation.

Images from SkyFOX showed two cars pulled over to the shoulder while troopers investigated some kind of incident.

Michigan State Police have not revealed details for what caused the closure which lasted through Beech Daly.

The backup stretched for miles back to at least Greenfield.
