ISS astronaut has a little fun with a gorilla suit (and so do we)

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - After spending nearly a year in space, astronaut Scott Kelly is going a little bananas.

He stepped inside a gorilla suit and chased around a British astronaut Benny Hill style. 

After we rolled the clip on FOX 2, we decided to have a little fun with our anchors and sent in one of our photographers dressed up in a gorilla suit we just happened to have handy. You can watch their surprised reactions in the video player above.

Scott Kelly's twin brother sent him the suit in a care package that was delivered to the International Space Station.

Scott has been in space since March 27, 2015. He will be returning to earth next month.

NASA is looking to see how the human body changes during a year in space.
