Legendary Detroit broadcaster WYCD'S Linda Lee dies

WYCD 99.5 FM’s award-winning afternoon drive co-host Linda Lee died Friday after a long battle with cancer.

The Detroit native was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer last September.

She spent the last 20 years brightening the Detroit airwaves on 99.5 FM.

Lee was honored this past weekend at the American Country Music Awards.

Fox 2's Roop Raj stopped by the station Monday morning to learn more about the legacy she's left behind.
