MDOT: Flooding blocks EB I-94 lanes after Conner in Detroit
DETROIT (FOX 2) - Most of eastbound I-94 is blocked after Conner Avenue in Detroit due to flooding under the overpass, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation on X.
The center and right lanes, along with the right shoulder of EB I-94, are all closed, MDOT stated. Only the left lane is open.
The National Weather Service issued a flood advisory until 11:30 p.m. for parts of Southeast Michigan on Tuesday due to excessive rainfall. The impacted areas include Wayne and Macomb counties.
