Neighbors have known for a while that restaurants, a grocery store and more are soon coming to the corner of 13 Mile and Woodward. Thursday Beaumont Health officials announced which retailers will be setting up shop.

Meijer snagged the coveted grocery store spot, and will be operating the 40,000-square-foot space as Woodward Corner Market. Woodward Corner Market will feature a vast assortment of fresh food, local, artisan groceries, and Meijer and national brand products at low prices.

Other business, which you can read more about below, include a Beaumont Urgent Care, a dance-cardio studio, a brewhouse, and other small eateries.

Most have a target opening date of June or July.

Officials said the development will also have green space, landscape gardens and community gathering areas. A five-story hotel is still planned though officials didn't release any other details about that.

Additional new businesses include:

AKT (Tentative opening: July 2019)
Developed by Celebrity Trainer Anna Kaiser, AKT is a dance-based cardio concept, offering a unique combination of four modalities: toning, interval, circuit and dance. With new programming created every three weeks by Anna Kaiser and the belief that movement has a powerful, lasting impact, AKT is for all body types and fitness levels. AKT empowers members to have fun becoming stronger in their bodies, minds and communities.

Beaumont Urgent Care (Tentative opening July 2019)
Beaumont Urgent Care will allow patients to be seen quickly for minor injuries and illnesses at a reduced cost compared to a more expensive emergency room visit. Patients will get fast, efficient care designed to fit their lifestyle. Beaumont providers will offer expanded services like an in-house lab, X-ray and fiberglass splinting. While services are not limited to Beaumont patients, the medical care team at Beaumont Urgent Care will be able to access the Beaumont electronic medical record, helping doctors and nurses provide the best coordinated care. Patients will also be encouraged to find a primary care physician and the staff can help coordinate the right referrals.

Brown Iron Brewhouse (Tentative opening: July 2019)
Named "Best Beer Bar 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 in Michigan" by CraftBeer.com, Brown Iron Brewhouse is a beer-centric smokehouse. Styled after a modern twist on large and open German beer halls, guests sit among friends enjoying house brews or one of 64 other craft beers and ciders on tap. Guests can savor scratch-made cuisine specializing in high quality food while enjoying friendship in private or community seating inside or in a large, outdoor beer garden.

Grabbagreen (Tentative opening: June 2019)
In 2013, Grabbagreen was founded by two moms who found it increasingly difficult to feed their families healthy food on-the-go. Grabbagreen's Eat Clean menu is based around super food ingredients and offers a full selection of grain and green-based bowls, fresh-pressed juices, handcrafted smoothies and acai bowls, breakfast and healthy kid-friendly items. All signature menu items are prepared fresh, made-to-order, and provide a delicious experience for customers that also meets most dietary needs. In 2018, Grabbagreen became part of Kahala Brands, one of the fastest growing franchising companies in the world with a portfolio of nearly 30 fast-casual and quick-service restaurant brands with approximately 3,300 locations in 30 countries.

Wahlburgers, based in the Boston area, and New Order Coffee, based in Detroit, were the first retailers to secure space in the new development.
