Spooky! The broken down Michigan Central Station was transformed into a family friendly haunted house for Halloween.

Select Ford employees and 800 Corktown residents are able to enjoy a one-day-only event at the vacant train station, featuring kids’ activities, live music, trick-or treating stations and more.

The event was put on by Ford and sponsored by Detroit Riverfront Conservancy and Christman Brinker, with help from the Michigan Science Center, Corktown Historical Society, SER Metro Trade Program, Teen Hype and The Parade Company.

With creepy graveyard decorations by student volunteers from SER YouthBuild Construction Institute on the outside, kids were able to engage in slime making, pumpkin painting and mask making inside.

FOX 2's Camille Amiri gives you an inside look.
