2 injured in freeway shooting on I-96 in Detroit
A freeway shooting in Detroit resulted in two people being shot.
DETROIT (FOX 2) - Police are investigating after reports that people in two vehicles were shooting at each other on eastbound I-96 in Detroit on Tuesday afternoon.

According to Michigan State Police, the shooting happened near Scotten around 4 p.m. The freeway is closed at Davison Avenue
Police believe the shooting started with an altercation on a street before the shooter followed the victims onto the freeway. A woman and a man suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
The shooter fled. Police are still searching for them.
