Fox 2 learned that this police station is near the home of the person the victim's vehicle is registered to Willie Holston III.
When Fox 2 went to the home the people there would only say he is doing OK.
Police say both the 34-year-old driver and the 32-year-old Washington DC cop received non-life threatening injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital.
According to police, the search continues for the suspects both the driver and the passenger in the suspect vehicle are described as black men in their 20s.
And their vehicle is described as a dark colored 4-door sedan, possibly a Lincoln MKZ.
