One dead in overnight shooting in Detroit

DETROIT, Mich. (FOX 2) - A man is dead, and his shooter still on the loose after a shooting that happened just before 1 a.m. in the area of Gladstone and 3rd Avenue in Detroit. 

Police said that when they arrived in the area they found a man unresponsive on the ground with a gunshot wound. 

The victim's name was not released. 

Police did not release a description of any alleged shooter or shooters.
