Pennsylvania triple murder suspect caught in Detroit
(WJBK) - United States Marshals arrested a 19-year-old triple homicide suspect in Detroit Monday.
Anthony Lavon Cooper was taken into custody for the murder of a 10-year-old girl Amariah Emery, her mother, Nichole Pumphery, 31, and her friend Lawrence Cannon, 31 according to New Castle, Pennsylvania Police.
Cooper, who is from Michigan, will be extradited back to New Castle for charges.]
He had been charged with three counts of criminal homicide, three counts of criminal conspiracy to commit Homicide, one count of criminal attempt to commit homicide and one count of firearms carried without a license.
According to published reports four of Pumphery's other children were inside the home at the time where she, Cannon and Emery were fatally shot but were not harmed.
