At this time information is limited as there were no witnesses to the incident.
According to police, the children described the two subjects as a white male, and a black female, both in their forties, both wearing gray cowboy hats and the male subject wearing an orange and white striped shirt, driving a black car that the children last saw on Nine Mile Road.
