DETROIT (FOX 2) - A driver fled the scene after causing a school bus to crash into a Detroit church Thursday morning.
According to police, the bus had six children on board when it was struck by a driver who ran a red light at Curtis Street and Meyers Road.
The impact caused the bus to hit Trinity Church of Holiness. No children were injured, police said, but the bus driver did suffer minor injuries in the collision.
The driver who hit the bus fled the scene on foot, leaving behind a Dodge Challenger.
