Sewer project leaves businesses struggling to survive
There are infrastructure projects all across Metro Detroit and the projects are about upgrades and progress. But in St. Clair Shores, some businesses say the Jefferson Relief Sewer Project is taking away their business.
ST. CLAIRE SHORES, Mich. (FOX 2) - An infrastructure project on Jefferson Avenue in St. Clair Shores is designed to reduce sewer overflows into Lake St. Clair. However, some say the project is also reducing their business flow.

There are infrastructure projects all across Metro Detroit and the projects are about upgrades and progress.
But in St. Clair Shores, some businesses say the Jefferson Relief Sewer Project is taking away their business as the work and machinery on Jefferson Avenue make it challenging for customers to enter their stores.
