Sterling Heights High School on lockdown after student altercation
STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. (WJBK) - Sterling Heights High School was in lockdown mode Wednesday afternoon after a student altercation, Sterling Heights police tell FOX 2.
Sterling Heights police would not elaborate on what caused the lockdown, but a police source tells us a student is in custody after an alleged stabbing.
FOX 2 is working to confirm what led to the lockdown. Meanwhile, the lockdown has been lifted.
Sterling Heights High School is located on 15 Mile Road between Schoenherr Road and Maple Lane Drive.
