Sterling Heights holding contest to rename its golden ring
STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. (FOX 2) - It's the controversial new monument in Sterling Heights that has sparked a slew of nicknames since its unveiling.
But one nickname in particular has caught on and the city wants to change it.
You know what they’ve been calling it, but turns out the city would prefer a more family-friendly name for their $180,000 golden ring.
