Suspect sought after 14-year-old sexually assaulted in alley

Detroit Police are asking for the public's help finding a suspect after a sexual assault involving a teenager. 

Police say the assault happened around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018, in the area of Whitter and Duchess. A 14-year-old girl was walking there when a stranger came up to her with a knife, and forced her to an alley. Police say she was sexually assaulted there. 

The suspect ran away after toward Morang. 

Police say the suspect is about 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 200-225 lbs. He had short braids and a full beard, and was wearing a black hoodie, black pants and black Air Force One shoes.
