In Houston an anti-Trump bumper sticker catches fire online.
The back window aims a four-letter word right at President Donald Trump and those who voted for him. The county sheriff says he got several complaints about it, saying he wanted to find the driver and charge him with disorderly conduct.
But that got a mixed reaction. One person said that profanity where children can see it is too much. Others thought the sheriff was threatening the driver's right to free speech.
"It can be a fine line," said Sheriff Troy Nehls, Fort Bend County, Texas. "We don't need to go there."
Among the 9,000 omments the sheriff's post received, was one from the ACLU citing a legal precedent in a similar case.
The district attorney says it protected speech and doesn't fit the definition of disorderly conduct.
